Our Mission
Our mission is to offer an indulgence for small pets, ensuring they experience a luxurious stay in a tranquil, secured, idyllic setting, catered exclusively for rabbits and guinea pigs. Across varying ages, sizes, disabilities and temperaments, our doors are open to all. Here at Helping Hands, we understand just how sensitive and multifaceted our little friends can be, each possessing their own unique character traits.
What you need to know
In terms of culinary accompaniments, we’ve got it covered; every fluffy guest’s dietary needs are individually catered for and included in the boarding price. Our menu boasts ample quantities of high-grade hay, along with an assortment of fresh greens, fruits and healthy treats.

We kindly request all rabbit owners to ensure your pets are appropriately vaccinated against Myxomatosis and Viral Haemorrhage Disease (VHD 1 & 2). This essential preventative measure is for their safety, as well as the wellbeing of our other guests.
Upon reservation, please provide us with a copy of the veterinary vaccination certificate.
Do note, if you plan to bring guinea pigs, there is no need for vaccination records.
Additionally, a comprehensive health examination will be conducted for each pet upon their arrival.
